Love was literally in the air for Jessie and Derek when the couple got engaged thousands of feet off the ground. A wedding proposal in Bali that will sweep any bride off her feet. Derek charted a helicopter from Air Bali, and planned out an elaborate and epic helicopter proposal.
This is definitely a proposal that has the ultimate ‘wow’ factor, one that the bride will recall proudly with her loved ones over and over again.

Flying over the spectacular rugged cliffs along the Uluwatu coastline and the vast, endless Indian ocean, the couple were treated to stunning bird’s eye views in every direction as they soared high through the air.
When it was time for Derek to pop the question, the helicopter flew over the lush green fields of Taman Bhagwan. On the fields were giant letters that were beautifully arranged, forming a message that read ‘Will you marry me?’. At the same time, Derek flashed his iPad with sweet, romantic love messages.
Of course, Jessie said “Yes!” as she promises to be with him forever. Derek then put on the ring for Jessie and the couple shared an intimate moment on their own in the private helicopter as they kissed. A fan of Game of Thrones, Derek even flashed the main wedding vows of the Seven on his iPad, “I am hers and she is mine, from this day, until the end of my days”

When the helicopter landed at the Benoa Heliport, Derek and Jessie posed for more photographs with their Bell 206 Longranger Helicopter.
